Wealth is more than money. Knowledge, connections, and resources are also important parts of wealth redistribution. As part of our Grantee Support Network (GSN), you have an opportunity to share what you know and who you know with TRANSFORM’s grantees.

You don’t have to be an “Expert” to join us! What we’re looking for are values-aligned folks passionate about what they do. Supporting a grantee comes in different time commitments, and whether that’s a pro bono contribution of 1 hour a year or 1 hour every other week, we would like to work with you to make sure the opportunity is accessible to folks with different time access (another important resource).

Some past examples of how folks in our GSN have supported grantees:

• Met 1:1 with a grantee a few times to help grow an area where they wanted more information.
• Invited a grantee to attend a class or webinar they hosted.
• Provided a coaching opportunity in their area of expertise.
• Offered skills to help a grantee with their financial business plan or marketing strategy.

How to Get Involved

Join our Grantee Support Network. TRANSFORM’s GSN is a pool of folks with different sills and interests who are available to meet with grantees on an ad hoc basis. You may not be called upon for every grantee, or even very year, as we customize our mentorship programs to the goals of each of our grantees.

Become a Grantee Mentor. Each grantee is paired with a mentor for a full year. We match every grantee with the mentor we feel will best be able to support in the grantee’s specified goals and industry. This is a minimum 5 hour/month commitment for a full calendar year. When you sign up, you will go into a pool of options for our team to consider each grant cycle. As we are still growing, it may be some time before we can match you with someone.
